The Research Process
We improve
the ability of students and teachers to conduct effective research by
using a process that includes the following 5 steps:
- Formulate a Question
- Gather and Evaluate information
- Conclude (form a conclusion)
- Communicate information and conclusion
- Evaluate process and product
Use Reliable Resources
Teachers and students identify and use available, reliable resources
whenever possible. This includes but is not limited to, electronic,
human, and print.
Responsible Use
We promote
understanding and practice responsible use of information and
technology in order to help all involved to approach ethical use
in the spirit of good
citizenship rather than compliance.
