All these dances come from the snap movement that has been going on for a while in the ATL. Snap Music is a subgenre of Hip-Hop. The Tracks most of the time have hi-hat, bass, snapping, groove, and a vocal track. There have been some arguments about who really started the Snap between Dem Franchise and D4L. Even Producers like Mr. Collipark are claming that they are the originators of The Snap. If you don’t know what The Snap is an example of snap music is Lil John’s, “Snap Your Fingers”, or Dem Franchise Boys, “Lean Wit It Rock Wit It”.
