DeAndre Way also known as “Soulja boy” was born in Chicago and later moved to Atlanta’ Georgia with his mother. DeAndre was a really talented young man and later discovered it in the 8th grade after later moving to Mississippi with his father. In the 8th grade DeAndre moved to Batesville, Mississippi with his father. He went South Panola high school where he bugged all of his teachers. He also met his partner in crime down there Arab. In Mississippi was soulja boy’s break through, in Batesville he had access to computers, Internet, and as well as cameras also learned how to set up an e-mail
Before he was known as “Soulja boy” him and Arab went by the 30/30 boys. They hooked up cameras and recorded their dance moves and sent them around the Internet. (And yes music was attached to the dances). His songs became famous throughout my space and u-tube. A year later Soulja boy now has everybody crankin the soulja boy also known as the “superman” with the #1 song in the country “soulja girl” and the song that hit kicked his stardom off “crank that”. Both songs are featured on his new album in stores now!!!! (souljaboytellem.com) soulja boy has gotten good feed back from a lot of mid 90s rappers such as: Outkast, Usher, Jermaine dupri. Soulja boy’s on the way so you other young rappers better get on the “wagon” or they will get left… Soulja boy is signed with Mr. Collipark.
